Fardin Ganjkhanloo

Systems Engineer · Operations Research for Health Systems

I am a Health Care Policy Modeler at the Center for Health Systems and Policy Modeling (CHSPM), part of the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. My work centers on building supply-side models of the US health care system, studying how policy and payment reforms shape hospital behavior.

In January 2025, I completed my PhD in Systems Engineering at the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University, advised by Kimia Ghobadi.

Before that, I earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.

My research interests center on operations research and uncertainty quantification, with particular interest in health systems problems spanning health care policy, hospital operations, and clinical decision-making.
